Radiation pain in arm, neck, left Sid of head

Day 3 of this. Ever since second fusion, my symptoms are Consistent. Im doing pt, and it's chronic and using tens unit helps, heat too. But muscle relaxers make me very sleepy.
New MRI notes fusions done with first surgery revealed alographs are in paracentral far lateral ventral CSF space, c5-c6 & c6-c7, as well as new osteophytes /bone spurs in foraminal areas in the same discs.

I've been complaining of these nerve flair ups and have done steroidal medroldose packs twice. Last surgery spacers were used and it was adjacent disc c3-c4. So at this point, I'm regretting the second surgery. I've been dealing with this pain, and rudeness from the MA at my doctors office and now- I'm stressing because I've had to deal with workmens comp insurance, and once denied for previous surgery I'm now stuck with this doctor. So my attorneys says, and wishing for feedback . Thanks.
