Nutrients toSupport Treatment of Osteoporosis

Focus on "high" phosphorous diet and low calcium.

I was just reading Dr. David Williams Alternatives newsletter I received yesterday and he goes into the HIGH Phosphorous issue and health problems:

Too much phosphorous and too little calcium can lead to osteoporosis, TIA's, Muscle Cramps, Periodontal Disease, High Blood Pressure, Osteomalacia, Torticollis, Chronic Hoarseness, Parkinson's Disease, Kidney Stones/Atherosclerosis.

He goes on to say there is more phosphorous in foods in the last 3 decades than ever and obesity and poor health is rampant.

Nutrients that Support the Treatment of Osteoporosis

Reading about the vital nutrients to avoid osteoporosis, I take lower doses of calcium, fairly high dose of Vit D, higher doses of magnesium thru the day, and I've been taking Strontium for a few years. I don't see signs of osteoporosis for me.

Being aware and staying away from SO MUCH processed foods, frozen foods included are key. SODA POPS for sure.
