Is anyone else having exessive urination?

Im just full of questions this week. Is anyone else having excessive urination. not frequency, not buring, just excessive. way to often and way to much. Im wondering what is causing this ? meds or is it part of the RSD? does anyone know? thanks cz

Hello CZZ74,

I think I remember you saying that you have a lot of oedema as a symptom of your RSD. Excessive urination is probably just your body being very efficient in getting rid of it.
Whilst it is a pain in the neck I guess you need to be grateful that your kidneys are doing such a fine job!
Very occasionally excessive urination can be a sign of diabetes but a simple Blood sugar test will get rid of that possibility.

When your liver cannot process medications the kidneys overwork to do the job. this is not good and can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. you should bring this to your doctor's attention.

Hi
I find that when I'm in lots of pain I urinate a lot. It is almost directly proportional - bad day lot's of pottying which makes the day worse through the need to walk to the toilet - so more pottying. I then drink lots of water as I don't like to dehydrate especially with the meds I take which makes the whole thing worse.

Yeah, just frequency. On an OK day it goes back to a normal rate.

Problematic but it just happens.

Best of luck It is difficult.
