Thank you all. It was a hung jury...one thing everyone agrees on is that Matthew died. ~sigh. They (jury) let the surgeon off but couldn't agree on the other two.
To me the most important thing is that Matthew got a "voice" thanks to his parents.

Don't know what happened. :hug: But I hope you know I'll be thinking of you.
