i have no idea what i weigh...but i'm having the horrible edema again. i feel like my whole body is gong to burst. i can't think of anything that i have done or eaten that is different. in 4 days i went from looking like the picture i posted....to looking like i'm 8 months pregant! :eek: the jeans i was wearing...i can't even get them up past my knees. i wore tham last thursday. :( |
that's a big change- do you feel alright otherwise?

Today is my day 1. The first thing I am doing is not snacking in front of the TV anymore. Hee hee, like that's going to work!! But I'll give it a try.

Alffe - thanks for the suggestions! I love almonds. Right now I will try to go without any food in front of the TV. If I am really hungry, I need to get off my rear and go in the kitchen. I think I am eating out of boredom and habit.

they make individual bags of popcorn now that are 100 calories.
A great thing to munch on when you get that craving. Not low carb though. I found out that my truffles only have 5 carbs in one... 5 carbs in my double fiber bread or 5 carbs in a chocolate truffle... hmmmmm choice is easy to me!:D bizi who is going shopping for a new outfit...am I going to have to wear boots alffe?:eek: |
