Parkinson's Business Cards
 
Weird, but easy question!

My friend has Huntington's Disease and I just now saw that she has a "business card" that reads as follows:

I HAVE HUNTINGTON'S DISEASE

It affects my speech and the way I walk.
I have difficulty controlling the
movements of my body.
I AM NOT DRUNK!

Illinois Chapter Huntington's
Disease Society of America
Phone: 630-443-9876

(On the back side of the business card you list your personal information ... i.e. name, phone, contact person, etc.)

Does anyone know if there is such a thing for Parkinson's?

Yes! I have one. I got it from the National Parkinson Foundation. I think it came in a kit that I picked it up at a conference. They were giving them away. I'm pretty sure if you look on their website you can find the kit and order it for free. Or perhaps just ask them to send you the card if that's all you need.

Yes, as Ana said, the NPF has a great kit for PWP, which includes the card among other items in a nice travel case. Order here:
