Corn casserole
 

I just love it but have never made it. I am not a good cook and found a recipe that looks simple enough but it calls for sour cream. I don't like sour cream at all, maybe the name sets me off. It just sound sour and corn casserole isn't sour. So, any good and simple recipes?

Lol, I've avoided sauerkraut for the same reason! Actually it was because my Kindergarten teacher was Mrs. Kraut and she was MEAN!!! So we called her Mrs. Sour Kraut, lol!

Food.com is the BEST!! I've used recipes from that site for years. Look for "kittencal" in the search area and you'll get some of the best recipes ever. I don't know who she is but she sure can cook!!

I've made this kind of corn casserole, doydie. You would never know that it contained sour cream! It is beyond delicious :).

Well i made it and it was delicious! I'm sure it will be a tradition now.
