Hello all! I am new to Neurotalk. My husband suffers from PTSD. He is a retired firefighter. I am a life coach and motivational speaker. I own and operate Directional Coaching, Inc. I have written a book on our survival story and am awaiting publication. I look forward to sharing our experiences to help others as well as receiving ideas to help us cope.

Welcome to NeuroTalk Rebecca! :welcome_sign: This is a great community for sharing so you've come to the right place. God bless your husband for his service as a firefighter. I'm sorry that he suffers from PTSD.

Take care and I look forward to seeing you around.
