So far, so good. I went to bed last night feeling like crap. Bunch of my MS symptoms were really bad (spasticity, numbness). It was driving me nuts.

Woke up this morning, still numb, still spasticity city...but not quite as horrible as when I went to bed. So, at least that was a little better. Last year, I was in the middle of a really painful flare on my birthday...and my b-day was ruined by that, and the fact that we had Houseguests From Hell last year that drove me nuts. (I'm noise sensitive, and having 3 extra people in the house then...I couldnt relax and was crawling out of my skin for all the noise)

So, at least this year is so far better than last year was. Plus, this year I got an iPad 2 for my b-day. Yay! It showed up yesterday, so I've been playing with it since it got here. It's fun! I have to get used to the onscreen keyboard tho.

Oh cool! I was going to mentioned that but for some reason I thought you were getting it tomorrow. Have fun playing with your new hi-tech toy.:p

It originally was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I guess Apple tells you your stuff will arrive later than it actually does so that they look really good when you get it a little bit early.

Should have seen me over the weekend, obsessively checking the tracking info on UPS's website.

We just had a big soaker thunderstorm with lightning and thunder, which is something I like to have on my b-day (good thing I was born in May, in Nebraska, when it t-storms every time you turn around)

I'm having a good time so far today. I do wish that I could have a day off from the MS on my b-day. It would be so nice to feel normal for a little bit. Too bad I cant turn off the MS for a little bit.

Think I'll go play with my new toy. :D
