There's an app for that!

I have some trouble keeping track of my meds. Often I wake up in the middle of the night and have to take some before I can get back to sleep. So, in the morning, my schedule is messed up. It would be easy if I could just take them every 4 hours like the bottle says but... as most of you know, PD has it's own schedule. So I'm always trying to remember when I took my last dose. Sometimes I even think about taking a dose, get distracted and can't remember whether or not I actually took them.
So, being an Iphone user, I was checking out some new apps and came across a really great and FREE app for scheduling meds. It gives you alarms, you can set up your meds either to be taken by the clock or set the length of time between doses. Then as you take your meds, you press one button, it records that you took your meds and sets the time for your next dose. It has more capability then I'm using but, this is just my first experience with it. I love it!
It's called Dosecast.
