Help with MRI report
 
Hi,I am a 47 year old female I live in Mn and just came back from my doctor I have been having severe pain in my mid to low back and i got the results from MRI only I cannot read them or know what they mean please help-MRI lumbar spine T11-T12 small Bulge of intervertebral disk appears to contact the ventral aspect of spinal cord without compression-L3-L4 disk bulge is symmetric toward right and narrows the right lateral recess moderate facet arthropathy at L3-L4 no definate root compromise L4-L5 grade I anterolsthesis.Severe facet artropathy is present at this level,however,there is no evidence for nerve root compromise.There is mild effacement of lateral recesses bilaterally L5-S1small diffuse bulge of interverterable disk.C2-C3 Mild hypertrophic changes throughout the thoriacic spine.Degenerative arthritis lumbar facets and to much more to mention but this is some I cannot understand.Thanks to all.Diana:
