limitations and restrictions
 

Hi i have a question about medical restrictions and limitations concerning a return to work program set out by worksafebc. At the time of the job offer in 2003 there boards own medical advisor noted i was not capabile of returning to moddified work without treatmeant and follow up by physciatrist.This was brought to to mt att in discloser and called the board they are now setting up this assesment 10 years later and and now are clearly stating they cannot comment on limitations or medical restrictions now or then in 2003 without this assesment,I wonder if this would mean they woul owe me wage loss till such i time they could note all restriction and limitations.
