Muscle spasms/nerve twitching

Just found out on a date that my muscle spasms and nerve twitching are finally noticable.. I have had rsd since 2006. I knew my muscles and nerves twitched when I was tired but it was never noticable till now.. SO lost on what to do now.. :(

Don't worry about them being noticeable - every person you'll ever meet has all kinds of "weird" stuff going on (not saying what you're dealing with is any cakewalk BTW). Just saying that NORMAL doesn't exist:) If someone on a date cares more about that then getting to know YOU then, well, you know what to do

He was actually more upset that I didnt tell him about my rsd.. It doesn't bother him from what he says. I was just embarrassed that he noticed it.. I honestly didn't know it was noticeable till he said something. I thought my rsd was under control.. guess I was wrong

Glad he understands!! I take Baclofen 3-4 times per day for the muscle spasms/tremors/jerking, it helps me a great deal.

Sounds like if the spasms are the only indication of your RSD then you do have it well controlled!! That is great, I hope it continues for you.
