Plz Help (Neuro problems): Father having very severe pain in legs since 15 years
 

My father is having neuro-problems in his legs since last 15 years. Nowadays it has become very severe. His nerves gets stretched. He becomes restless very often, his legs gets trickled, he gets very strong urge for moving. This cause huge pain in his body. He is not able to work properly or even sleep properly. We have checked with doctors, it is not Restless Leg Syndrome.
Now, this is growing to his whole body. He has already consulted with different hospitals at many places and has undergone 2 times surgery. But till now it is not even getting under control, instead now growing to whole body.
Please let me know what is his disease. We are not able to know even that till now. Different doctors say different things.

When specialists are not able to figure out then how normal beings would be able to do so. Please consult a very good neurologist.
