Don't know if there is one
I like alpha lipoic acid for several reasons but especially due to its being fat soluble and able to get past the BBB. But there are some questions about the wisdom of relying too heavily on a single one so I prefer to use a mix without going too heavy on dose of any one of them. Also I try to use things like green tea extract that have multiple functions as well.
