federal court questions
 

Hi I was denied SSi by the ALJ my lawyer was pi**off at the decision and appeal to the appeal council they would not change the decision and had me refile and start fresh also he file with federal court and the other week he just filed a brief and we where waiting for the attorney general to file his and my lawyer got a call from the court the attorney general ask the court to send it back to the appeals council, my lawyer has never heard of this and did not know what is going to happen and said that i will have a hearing with AJL and the second app July or August has any one have any gut feels as what going to happen thanks.
