Jeff just started taking a statin. Not sure whwat his total was but he has a family history of heart disease, his dad had quad bypass surgery.
not good.
I liked the article alot.
exercise is good for so many reasons....if only I would do it again. Jeff is at the gym! First day back for him in many months.

First client canceled this morning due to a move and being in a psych hospital...
Had a break, back to work I go. home by 6;30 I hope.

Side effects of statins and herbs that mimic statins

Good for Jeff going to the the gym. Exercise and Losing weight will probably lower the cholesterol.

Side effects of the statins are horrible. My dad had back pain . . . also has permanent nerve damage.
(He did not listen to my advice when I told him 10 years ago not to take that
shlT. Periodically I would remind him that he needed to go off them. )

Finally, within the last year, he got a new doctor who took him off the statin.
Dad actually told me that I had was right when had I advised him not to take them.

Oh, That is helpful -- imaging can show exactly what is going on.
