Anything with flex time and/or telecommuting is going to help. I develop software and have both which has been great.

For some types of office/computer jobs, it may also be feasible to do a portion of your work with voice recognition software such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking. That would include any kind of writer.

Also, getting your pay rate up and your expenses down means having to work fewer hours.

What else?

I think computer use in general is pronouncing my symptoms alot more, elbow pain/ wrsit pain shoulder pain ect.

I ahve found the days when i am not at a computer all day those symptoms are alot less noticable. The more movement the seems to be better in my case.

Same here, computer use aggravates my condition. I work at a kindergarten and i love it - no computers and heavy lifting is very rare.
