Thanks for this info! It looks like it may be a textbook used in medical school- usually these are expensive in the $100-300 range and written by researchers and/or neurologists.

This one is a great find because it's entirely on non-motor symptoms and collects all current research in that area in one book. The research on this can be hard to track down- good find!

From now on, I think I will just tell people that I have "dopamine dysregulation syndrome" - that should sidestep some of the stereotypes about Parkinson's! (and stop people from saying, "But your hands don't shake! Can't be too bad!")

Yes, it's edited by an UK group of doctors specializing in NMD symptoms, and includes papers by international experts. I wonder if the experts are clinicians, research scientists, or both.
