hello michatki
I will post your youtube link for you so that other members who may have information on your condition can comment http://www.youtube.com/michatki __________________ |
As I stated in another post, I was suffering from full body fasculation or muscular twitches and occasionally had muscle spasms as well. It started out of the blue one day around Christmas of 2009. I would have a random muscle twitch throughout my body and this happened every few minutes 24/7. It interfered with my concentration, focus and sleep as it would cause me to jerk like in a falling dream and wake up. After visiting several doctors and neurologists and getting nowhere (they told me it was just stress), I finally saw a homeopathic doctor who suggested I may have a food sensitivity. As it turned out they were right. I had developed a food sensitivity to wheat and gluten.
I never stopped twitching because wheat and gluten are in so many things that we eat every day. My body never had an opportunity to clear itself, so I continued to twitch and it seemed to be getting worse. If you want to rule out a food sensitivity, I'd suggest adopting a diet for a week of only meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and water. Avoid EVERRYTHING else. No caffiene, alcohol, grains, sugars, processed foods or vinegars. Follow that diet for a week or so and see how your symptoms go. If they clear up in 4 to 5 days you'll know you have a food sensitivity. Start to work back into your diet one thing at a time. Food sensitivities are tricky as you can have a delayed reaction of up to 72 hours after you eat something your body doesn't agree with. My fasculations responded quickly though, so hopefully yours will too. It took about an hour after I ate something once I was clear of symptoms. If this is the case and you seem to have developed a food sensitivity in your adulthood, the chances are that you may have another condition that is called 'Leaky Gut Syndrome,' which is correctable. It takes time though. Good luck. |
face fasciculations
Hon,
I have myoclonic dystrpophy. This can cause all of this. See a neurologist. By any chance have you had RSD the best, Janemarie13:winky: All |
