Posterior Cerebral Artery Stenosis

Hello! Has anyone had experience with cerebral artery stenosis? After two weeks of unexplained headaches and pressure that was non-responsive to meds, I had a MRI and MRA. MRI came back normal, MRA came back with a severe posterior cerebral artery stenosis at the p-1/p-2 junction. I am a 35 year old female with normal height and weight, normal blood pressure, nonsmoker, and not on birth control. I do have Polycystic Kidney Disease but have known for over 8 years and have successfully maintained 100% kidney function thus far with no other complications. I have an appointment with a neurologist in two days, but thus far all we have been told is that this can be a high risk scenario for stroke so I was instructed to begin aspirin therapy in the meantime. Anyone else have experience with Cerebral Artery Stenosis??? We cannot find adequate info online and would really like to hear from people who have it or have been through it!

Until you get more information/advice from your doctor,
I would suggest two lifestyle things to consider.

One is visiting hair salons and putting the head back into the
wash basin. This has been found to cause strokes in some women.

Also do not allow any chiropractor to work on your neck, without your doctor's approval.
