Las Vegas HEAT!!!

For those of you who don't live in Las Vegas, or another state with extreme heat, I envy you. This heat is really doing a number on me. I've been having a really massive setback for the past two weeks and couldn't figure out why. Then, I realized that's when the heat started to kick in.

There's really no escaping it for me. I'm in intense therapy, 5 days a week, and I'm currently without a vehicle. So, I'm on bus and foot patrol.

This sucks!!!

No kidding, I live in a place with up to 125 degree temps in the summer and then move north for the winter where it is as low as -30 degrees. Neither extreme is great for my head, but what are you going to do? I went to a neuro a couple years ago and he said that temperature sensitivity is normal, though I find it frustrating!
Good Luck in the Heat!
