Is this Possible?

Cervical herniation c4c5c6c7, ulnar nerve both arms and hands consatntly tingling and numb. Lumbar herniated and bulging disc Epidural Limpotosis, rare disease. Anyways the real question is in the 1980s I injured my right shoulder and had a repair done on it. Since then I have had several dislocations and developed tendinitis in several of the ligaments. Is it possible for this long term shoulder problem and weak structure of the shoulder to cause herniation of cervical disc? I can't seem to find any information on the relationship between the function of the shoulder and cervical injuries, any help please.

Hi Greco and Welcome to NeuroTalk :)

I personally don't know enough about your type of injury to be able to answer your questions myself.

The people on the Spinal Disorders forum can probably offer the type of information you are looking for, and we also have a forum for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and the people on that forum might also be able to help you.

Here are links to those forums-
Spinal Disorders Forum
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome forum

I hope that helps, and Welcome to NeuroTalk :)
