Vision- glasses the answer?

Some people have luck with prism lenses, but only if the degree of blurriness is consistent. See your optho to find out what can be done.

Not for me............sorry

Hello there! When my eyes were giving me problems, they were actually pulling and going off center, so glasses were not the answer..........

Your eye muscles are probably very weak right now.

Are you weak all over? If you are, try to not overdo it!

Hang in there and I'd love to hear from you!:D

My first suggestion would be to try an eye patch. Sometimes the vision is off just enough to cause that issue, and the strain trying to "WORK" both eyes at the same time is what causes it. But definitely - make sure you seen an eye doctor and have your exam.

And please do not forget to mention that you have MG...mine had just come back from a conference/meeting/seminar and was quite intrigued by my symptoms at the time!

Hey, I have double vision pretty constantly. Can see but to read or the like forget it. I wear prisms in my glasses. I suggest that you find a neuro opthomologist. This is a person who is very proficient in the ways that neuro disorders effects the eye and how to best treat it. Missy is right though, it has to be pretty consistant to use the prisms. A few years back, when mine started, the neuro optho said I would need 10 diff pairs of glasses to use---the degree of dv was not constant and so would constantly need to change them. Now I use mine all the time. Need new ones if I get around to getting them. Hope this helps
