Top 5 favorite supplements
 
I've become a complete supplement junkie; trying all sorts of things to get me feeling halfway decent. These are a short list of my favorite supplements.

1. Calcium-magnesium
2. B- complex
3. Vitamin D
4. Grapeseed Extract
5. Fish Oil

For bedtime, I love Valerian Root, melatonin, and/or Gaba

Can anyone else share there favorite supplements in the war with Fibro???

Looks good to me! It is amazing how one can feel better like you are doing. Keep it up!

The Vit D has been wonderful for me. It has improved my winter blahs, aches and pains and mild depression (SAD). I don't catch viruses much either.
