Sunny Tuesday, In Indiana 2/19/08
Okay was up at 6:30am
Had breakfast back to my oatmeal and granola. Am out of granola so will have to just have oatmeal aehile now. Milk, water, pills, and Hot Chocolate. Now I'll be gone today and this evening. But will be eating healthy. Finally got started doing pretty good staying on. Just once in a while venturing off my routine. Donna |
Slipped off and am back on eating plan today. froggie:)

Well, yes the sun is out but it's 7 degrees in Northern Indiana...:o
Had strawberries and yogurt for breakfast...nice to be able to eat fruit again! |

shelley...try the cinnamon supplements. they are very inexpesive. easier than trying to add cinnamon to everything. they really do help cut the suger cravings.
tip: brush your teeth. the sweet taste helps. it will also keep you from snacking. :hug: |

Shelley, try the sugar free popcicles, and make that dessert recipe...or sugar free jello (lime is my favorite). Two weeks until you get fruit! You can do this. *grin

My eating is off today but I will not snack mindless again tonight. I did give blood so I have been eating a bit more than I should but trying to make sure it is healthy foods. Tomorrow I'll be better!
