What do you think about this???

haa..

I am realy not sure Heather.. I think it may be another drug that helps some but not all, the date on the one symposium was 1996.. if it was a cureall we'd know it possibly it only works if you are in the early stages.. I will search it out more later.

What did you think of it?

And how are you doing?
hows the little babe?
how was the move?

Thanks for asking...

The move is taking place as we speak...we are officially out on the 30th..it's tough on my body and especially since my husband works all day and I have the baby. But, she is so wonderful and worth every "bad" day.

As far as the drug goes. I knew people with ADD when I was a kid and the kids that didn't have it would experiment with the Ritalin. It is just like a legal form of Speed, the street drug. I didn't like the feeling at all. I knew kids that became addicted to it. I just see more harm than good coming from that one. Let me see what I can find also...

How are you? Glad to see you on both sites...

hmm.. good huntin..

Thank you those are very interesting reports/studys..
But I tend to think they are all from the same clinical trial, same time line anyway.. ahh they are G.A. Melnic both our links are from the same write up and your second artical refers to the other.. same perhaps just through another place it was posted.

There was a big push by some drug companys to "push" their pills for other conditions claiming it helps those too, when infact they have little or nothing to back it up with so they would come up with trials or studys that could sometimes wind back to one suspect trial or study. (I am not saying that is what is happening here because I can't know) I juse wanted to open your eyes to the fact that that has happened in the past.

For example our Neurontin/Gabipentin (before Pfitzer bought it) was pushed to doctors as being a benifit to all kinds of disorders that it was not ment for and infact alot of people were hurt.. conditions like Glaucoma.. patients went blind.. the company responsible is being brought to court for many class action law suites.. They just made stuff up to sell the drug not taking into account or not carring for anyone or anything but the almighty dollar.

Back to Ritlin I realy tend to wonder about this one.. I have infact found references to CRPS as being a side effect of Ritlin, here are a few links:

http://www.bonkersinstitute.org/ritalineffex.html

http://www.psychdrugdangers.com/meth...ons%200-4.html (line 26 of the side effects)

What do you think? I may just be seeing one side of it too, I have a couple nephews who were on it for ADHD and I never liked what I saw of the drug then either.

Are you kidding me???

You know that Ritalin was taken off the market for ADD and ADHD about 5-10 years ago and replaced with Adderall? I wonder why?

That it so crazy? All those disorders that Ritalin has said to have caused...No Thanks Sandra!

Adderall

Has anyone ever found Adderall to cause symptoms of CRPS?

Just curious!
