My last bout lasted 4 mos straight seemed to come on after doing tail Chi class (a lot of ov erhead arm movements) A rhuematologist told me I had costcochrondritis (inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs n sternum) but there's no test to confirm it. Best wishes to you also I hope you recover. |
I had a short bout of costcochrondritis when pregnant in 1982.
Just took aspirin at the time. But since yours is ongoing it may be triggered by a nerve or possibly triggerpoints in the rib muscles. https://www.google.com/search?client...ostals&spell=1 |

[QUOTE=Jo*mar;1026674]I had a short bout of costcochrondritis when pregnant in 1982.

Thank you so much for the link, it's very helpful, gives me the information that I needed for my next visit to my GP. My pain is definitely nerve related just need to be able to get through to the medical profession ... much appreciated Jo*mar, thanks. |
