anyone know anything about central abnormalities

Okay I can't seem to locate anyone that knows anything about this stuff.

I really just need some clues. Anyone know anything. THis has to do with the testing I had for my dizzy and imbalance. The VNG revealed, central abnormalities including slow velocity and prolonged velocity and prolonged latency with saccades, abnormal OPK bilateral and low VOR gain.
MRI is unremarkable.

I am starting vestibular rehabilitation soon for the central vestibular abnormalities, balance issues. But really just want to understand the brain issues.

Donna,
sweetie this all sounds scarey...am hoping they find some treatment to help you.
Have you tried posting this question in one of the neuro boards here?
or even community feed back or perhaps asking one of the moderators could help you figure out where this should go.
I have no experience in any of your questions...sorry.
