Vision problems. Blood clot?

About two weeks on after a bad TOS episode. Blurry trying to read and at times right eye is very obscured. Is there some kind of test I should go do for an acute blood flow problem? Is there a way to tell if it's a muscular or nerve thing? Muscles are kind of tight but nowhere near as bad as it could be.

To see if you have arterial or venous issues you would need an MRA with dye.
