This is a small study that suggests that people who get MG over the age of 50 are at much higher risk for cancers (not counting thymomas).

Sorry to pass on bad news--but I figured it might make us more diligent with our screening, like you say, so it was worth posting. But take a careful look at the study--it seemed awfully small to me.

I don't think that the study considered whether the patients were on immunosuppressive therapy or not.
