Something weird about my pain.

I don't know if this happens to any of you here too.

I have noticed that when my pain is more intense i also experience cramps in my feet. If i am in pain and i stretch my feet, as if were doing ballet, i immediatly start experiencing terrible cramps. My feet remain twisted and little by little they start relaxing and going back to their orignal position.

The weirdest thing is that when i am pain free or in little pain, this doesn't happen to me. I stretch my feet and i get no cramps at all.

I used to think that i had cramps because my nerves were damaged, but eversince i discovered that this did not always happen and that cramps were related to pain (no pain no cramps) i figured out, pain must be related to some condition, which i am not able to determine, that is not permanent, like a chemical reaction that is trigered by something i eat, do,....

It is imposible for me to determine what makes the pain be related to the cramps. Does this happen to any of you??? Why do you think this happens?? This gives hope because it confirms that damage is not irreversible and that if pain is gone for hours or sometimes days, it can be for weeks, months are forever.

What do you think??
