mild concussion and weightloss

I have a question but here is the story.
About a month ago I finally started losing weight cause I haven't had a period and it helped. But then we were in a car crash and I wen't and got a ct done but it said I was fine but just recently I started gaining weight in one day.It was like 1 pound it was 2 pounds and I don't eat that much.So I started taking my harmone pills again but it still hasn't helped. Please help thankyou.

I would definitely talk with your doctor. You may need to a doc who knows about concussion and brain injury in your area. Have you or your family noticed changes in your memory or other cognitive changes?

I had the same problem. Was normal built male 5 foot 10 175 lbs then had severe muscle wasting and weakness after the brain injury.l down to 150 lbs. Went to the Dr and they said, "well, your still normal bmi...". I haven't weighed that since I was like 15(I'm 25 now) obviously there's an issue. I would look into growth hormone insufficiency due to pituitary damage and go to a doctor that is not close minded.
