Night tremors

Aloha to everyone!

I am getting ready to go see my GP because of some recent events going on
inside of my trunk...rythmic pulsating shakes, like the prelude to a rolling earth
quake. An then last night the rythum ceased and the shakes just became
heavy and volatile. They will and have subsided after a time and I can cause
them to subside quicker with focused relaxation/meditation. This is new to me. I am aging 66yoa yet still very active. I'd like to get some direction in
awareness rather than just rely on the MDs. I have a history of neurological
phenomanon from seizures (localized), loss of vision, TAI's and blackouts. So
If I can get some pointers I can start to do some homework.

Hi there. Try this

Recently diagnosed and felt the same way.
Acupuncture helped drasticaly. I came out of there completly relieved for some time with hand joints much more flexible and affected side more vigorous.
Ask for ear needles.

I'm actually going for permanent implant on the 18th.
I'll let you know of the outcome. But please remind me - should I forget.

Do you have other health issues besides the seizures? What are the neurological problems you have had in the past?

Cely
