Had a snack attack last night and ate 15 almonds and a popcycle. :p Breakfast...V8 juice, egg beaters omlet with low fat cheese & 2 slices turkey bacon. |

Okay I was bad I skipped breakfast for sleep.
I had bosco sticks for lunch early. I'll be finding something else for real lunch soon. It was more a snack. I don't eat the full order that comes with it at the convenience store. I was on the road all day yesterday, and I have to say I did good on my diet, not going to try a bit to redo the thing. Then I spent time waiting on my new pulmonary. Then at least a hour with her. But other than I now I am getting a swallow test, no clue what it is. Other than I swallow something and have what I think is a xray not positive. And then later that day another appointment with her. She then said, she might send me to a ENT, but only one specific one will do she specializes in cough. Which sounds good. Wanted to know when the last CT scan of my sinus's I think it was, was. I had no clue. I'm pretty sure there wasn't one anytime soon. Want to ask my primary to go ahead and do one. But have a feeling she would just reschedule after she gets the rest of my records. So I wont. REally hard part, is that when I went out to get the next appointment, she hadn't told me it would be 3 months, I really wish she had. Donna |
Forgot the best part of the visit for me.
I weighed in at 239.1 its the lowest I've been in probably a year. I am so happy. I'm really hoping on the 29th of February when I go to my primary I can weigh in at 238 that would be 10 lbs from the top weight I weighed in that office. I have on my winter boots yet, that I swear on my scales weigh 5 lbs. So I would love to be able to say I'm even 2lbs less but right now if it just stays under 240 I'm happy. I even set a goal in the pulmonary yesterday of 200. Hmmm, guess I have to get busy. Donna |

Donna, that's great! I've been good today but had too many carbs - as usual. However, I did exercise and that is great for me since my daughter is home sick from school and usually I skip it when she's home. Gee, I hope you guys don't mind me sticking my nose in here! I know that being a part of this weight loss group will motivate me to be good. |

Karousel, carbs are my downfall....I love bread, potatos, mayo..~sigh Lunch: 1 cup beef boullion, 1 low fat mozarella cheese stick, and two big lettuce leaves, spread with lowfat mayo (ugh)turkey slices, green onion and rolled tightly. |

WAY TO GO DONNA!
Sorry you are having all the problems, yet so glad for you with your weight loss. Day 6 am on my plan even though my emotions are on a pcs rollercoaster. breakfast...2 fried eggs with cheese lunch..chicken and skim milk supper(in the south we eat supper)...salmon and cabbage had a popscicle for miday..yummm hopefully will remember my skim milk tonight did't do well with my veggies...maybe better day tomorrow. I am not hungry at all. AM GOING TO STAY ON MY PLAN AND I AM GOING TO MAKE IT! froggie |
