Rise and shine, its wake up time in the morning time & hows everybody doing? I just weigh in and have lost 3 more pounds. I haven't exercised since Sat., need to get back to it. I'm so happy for the lost. I will have cerial, skimed milk and later fruit for snack. i have a lot to do today, so may not get to post till later on today. Lets all get going and really try this week.

Oh Billie you are such an inspiration! I'm getting right back on my diet this morning after being so bad for two days. Our children suprised us with a combination birthday/anniversary party...arriving from far and wide places and we all had an eating orgy for about two days. :D I'm so warmed by the memories I'm still floating.

Breakfast...two pieces of turkey bacon, v8 juice and an eggbeater omlet.

I am slipping off the edge. Someone brought in my fave easter candy...Cadbury mini-eggs and I can smell the choccy.

Not sure I can stay on the straight and narrow with those outside my office.

Alfee can I please have just one little egg :rolleyes:

No no shelley! not during the first two weeks. Have a popsicle, or a cheese stick or some ff yogurt....no cadbury eggs....or am I too late. LOL

Ackkkkkkk I have no willpower. But I only had one... I had too...the smell overwhelmed me. I could not resist. And everyone laughed at me. BUt its only 16 calories. Ok I am back on track. I have been good for like 7 days now. I'm sorry :(

I am off the breakfast track for some reason. But that is okay.

I just am not getting up and eating as early.

My snack was water, granola.

Lunch was a pita pizza, diet coke and that one treat I can't resist
peanut butter cookie. I ate out.


no snack this afternoon.

Water, water and Physical therapy.

Doctor appt. with my fibromyalgia doctor. He was very pleased with my
progress with pain.

Two cheeseburgers and diet coke for supper

And water, water water


Snacks this evening not yet decided what.

snack.....25 almonds :rolleyes:

I was suprised to see that South Beach has it's own brand of cereal. I don't remember seeing that in the book but then I'm still on Phase 2. And while in that aisle I saw that Curves now has a cereal of their own.
