I take almost all suggested supplements in this protocol +Exercise BUT I have to admit that they don't seem to make a difference (only God knows). I am in my 6th after diagnosis and after resisting taking sinemet for about 3 years I reluctantly started taking it with lower dose than that suggested by my neuro.
I tried taking Mucuna at high doses without sinemet but it did not work for me. I still take it but at low dose together with sinemet.

Imark,

I'm taking the LEF Magnesium Threonate that you posted about and I think it helps with cognitive functioning. Thanks !and btw i know of one person who took mucuna with carbidopa (alone and expensive) with good result.
