Anyone here been pregnant w/ MG?
 

Hello all!
I'd appreciate any feedback on pregnancy with MG. I've read lots of negative things about it, but I want another baby! my sons 8 now and I don't want to wait any longer...
I was diagnosed w/ MG about 1 1/2 yrs ago. In feb '13 I underwent a thymectomy and I have tapered down to 120mg of mestinon from 360mg before my surgery. I have not had IVIG since Jan '13 (my ins refused to approve it again). My main symptoms are weakness in my right arm and diplopia (which has greatly subsided since the surgery). I have a mess of other problems on the side (FM,muscle spasms) but I'm almost 31 and I still consider myself healthy. Should I be concerned?
