i felt it made me confused and ill and gave it up for a year but sunday ate a can of it and sure enough i was too screwed up to do anything -had panic confustion and sickness

i can eat sardines or salmon with no problem unless i get a bad can

some brand sof tuna are very high in sodium. do you have an blood pressure problems?

i love canned salmon made in sadnwiches just like tuna. tracey shepherd on the childrens health forum here posted an easy recipe for tuna patties. lol...i'll let you have all the sardines. i don;t thinki could plop a whole little fish in mouth and eat it. or do you fix them some how?

blood presure is between 120 and 130
i know its mercury
