Looks expensive. Has lots of different components. I don't see a lot of anti-oxidants in it.

What other supplements are you taking ?

You need more B's and D3

Hi Mark, I took capsules high in B vitamins for around 3 months. Then my GP told me to stop it as he was concerned I would get hypervitaminosis if I took them for this long. He told me I don't need more vitamins so I had to stop. I requested him to prescribe some antioxidant so he gave me the above capsule for a month. I asked if its safe as this being a multivitamin too he said yes. Doctors can be strange sometimes. I infact wanted an antiinflammatory like curcumin but I didn't want to sound like a smartass in front of him.

Why are you concerned about his approval for vitamins ? He does not appear to have even a basic knowledge of vitamins and their dosages.

Go ahead and get some curcumin. It is harmless.

Hypervitaminosis ???? He is clueless. You have not taken anything even close to a high dose.

Have you had any blood work done to check for D3, B-12, folate, mag, calcium levels, etc. ?

I am going to color the text of this list...to make my response easier to understand:

RED= useless dose providing next to nothing helpful

Blue = RDA approximately (which is what most one a day type vitamins have in them.)
The only thing missing is the Kitchen Sink in this list!

The 3 most common nutrient deficiencies in the US...in EVERYONE (not just TBI patients)
are:
B12--- up to 40% of people
Vit D-- up to 70% of people
magnesium --- up to 70% of people

And just about all US people are low in essential fatty acids from the Omega-3 family. These are provided by flax oil and fish oils/krill oils.
