what can i eat?
My appetite is down but I am having trouble figuring out what to eat to lose weight. Hardly anything appeals to me-just coffee. I no longer feel like eating eggs

Some people feel satiated with fat -- like sardines / tuna / a few slices of bacon instead of the eggs.
Some like fiber -- like beans, eggplant, squash. Do you like ham? It can be easy to prepare -- no cooking at all if not up to it and it can be low calorie. |

You can steam the salmon in the microwave too, Bobby. I bet there's a recipe on the web that would tell you how to do it and have the correct time to cook it for.
