Yeast overgrowth and vitamins.

My Nature Made vitamin says no yeast, so it's ok. My B12, which I can't give up, does not mention yeast. It's Jarrow 5000mcg's...is it an issue for those with yeast problems? I am not even sure how to research this.

B12 is made from organisms, in a tank. But I thought they were bacteria.

Let me go look.............

The methyl is made chemically... using cyano as a base.

But..

this one for "natural" cobalamin uses fermentation and the organisms are listed:

This also says it comes from fermentation:

I wonder if one of the inert ingredients is dervived from yeast...perhaps, since this is a "vegan" friendly product.

I'd call them to be sure if this is important to you.

Thanks, I have to make it important. I want to see if yeast free will help my headaches, and taking a daily supplement full of yeast may not help. I have to have my B12, I hope it's ok.

Thanks.
