Weather and Health

Which is the worse season for your health?

How does the seasons affect you or your loved one?

Winter has historically been the worst for me, because for years, I was prone to bronchitis and other upper resp ickies. Since losing the weight and eating so much better, I have seen a big improvement there. :)

Far as my brain...season change will often bring on a SP cluster for a day or so...nasty things, and I get about 20 of 'em before my brain shuts up again, but then, I'm (usually!) done for the next few months. Last bout was about 2 months ago. :)
