Nice online radio/music site

http://www.pandora.com/

one of the more simple ones I've came across.

just enter a artist or group or choose a genre/type you like and it will find songs to fit.

If you don't like a song just click the thumbs down icon - if you like it click the thumbs up

you can sign up to save your preferences.

Jack Wagner that used to be on General Hospital ??
oh I had a crush on him geez 20 yrs ago...
that was the only soap I watched...he left so i quit watching

who moi 03-07-2009 03:02 AM

yeah, THAT Jack Wagner.

He sang one of my favorite songs of all times. (All I Need) (that's becoming moss and my song. LOL)

I think he's actually back in the soaps as well as Rick Springfield...but I don't keep up with the soaps anymore either.

I was into Bo and Hope on Days Of Our Lives years ago...that was our college dorm soap....LOLOLOL

What a blast from the past!

Did you know:
1) Tommy Lee Jones started on General Hospital? Or was it
One Life to Live?

2) I remember Mark Hamill as a troubled teen on General Hospital...just after his plastic surgery following an accident! Or maybe that was One Life to Live also?
(Luke Skywalker)

3) also Richard Dean Anderson

4) Demi Moore! complete with a little mustache?

When my husband was in Vietnam I'd get off work at 3pm some days and watch General Hospital. Back then in the early 70's you could watch 15min a week and not miss anything.

But when my son was born, I started with Days of Our Lives,
One Life to Live and General Hosp, of course.
I was "done" with them, when I returned to work...about 4 yrs in all. That was enough for me. They were just starting to heat up too... that ole Stefano/Marlena thing... gad..I disliked HER.

Wasn't Jack Wagner after Luke/Laura? I think so? Duh!

I think the Stefano/Marlena/Roman thing just killed it for me. When they made it two Romans (one became John) I just had to say. OK, that's enough....LOL

What did it for me...Hope was born just a month or so before my oldest daughter...they aged her beyond ridiculous. She should only be 28.

BTW...we only got 1 station way back then up in the frozen north. NBC.

who moi 03-07-2009 03:55 PM

yeah, and Marlena's twins aged 10 years faster also...

they must think we're dummies...well, we can all write : "How to watch Soap Operas, For Dummies"

*shrug...LOL
