YouTube channel ideas or comments

Hi everyone, I just started a brand new YouTube channel about my experience with TOS and things I've done to decrease my pain levels, and improve my movement, in the last few years. The link is below. If you watch any of my videos, feel free to leave any suggestions, comments, or questions here. Any feedback would be appreciated, or maybe suggestions for videos you'd like to see me do. I've only been doing this for a week or so, so don't expect too much. I'm learning as I go. Thanks, Coop.

With the cupping , do you have to be careful about not attaching them right on a major vein or artery?

So far, I haven't had any problems with that. When I first started cupping my neck, I was a little bit worried about that, so I was very careful. I thought it might make me dizzy, or lightheaded, but it doesn't seem to. I've even cupped right on my throat and I haven't had any problems. It's a bit uncomfortable but it's really helped loosen up my neck.

I have had a few cups that bled a little bit. I think that's usually if there some type of a blemish on my skin. Maybe a small scab, or mole, or something like that. When I pulled the cup off, the bleeding stopped right away though.

Crotch sniffing dog

This happened to me this morning, when I was shooting a video on myofascial release. This dog came from out of nowhere and started sniffing my crotch. It was hilarious.

Learning the ropes

When I started thinking about starting a youtube channel, my main concern was wondering whether, or not, I could talk in front of a camera. As it turns out, that's the easy part.

I didn't think about things like, learning to operate a camcorder, lighting, background noise, camera angles, good places to shoot a video, and all of that stuff.

Then there's the challenge of learning about youtube. How to navigate their site, all the rules and regulations, how to upload videos, how to edit videos, all the copyright laws, what you can, or can't, say in your video, what can, or can't be in the background of your video, and on, and on.

You just don't think about all of this stuff, untll you actually start to do it. I'm learning something new with every video that I make, and I am having fun. It's a great learning experience for me and the ideas keep coming.

I keep coming up with new ideas and adding more videos. I think I have about 26 now. I'm doing things about exercise, myofascial release, cupping, cooking, grilling, and even doing some product reviews. I call them, "TOS friendly reviews", meaning, is the product easy to use if you have pain in your arms and hands?

Hopefully you guys will check it out and give me some feedback. If you like any of my videos, jump in there and subscribe, and I'll try to keep them coming. Thanks everyone, Coop

Been cranking out the Vids

I think I have about 47 videos now and I learn something new with each one that I make. I'm having fun with it, though. I've never been much of a talker so people are surprised that I have so much to say all of a sudden. Ideas keep popping into my head so I keep the videos coming.

I've put all my videos into playlists so they're easier to find.
