Accessing academic TBI research

I'm trying to get access to academic articles around TBI research, but am finding that I have to pay to see full articles or have an academic login. Does anyone have tips/tricks for getting access to full research articles for free?

For context - I've had TBI symptoms for the past ~6 years, and my symptoms didn't start until 18 months after my head injury. I'm trying to pull together research around pituitary dysfunction related to TBI for a doctor I'm seeing - I asked her to help me explore this for my situation, and she didn't know about the research/believe me so I want to bring her a boatload of research to get her up to speed!

Thanks!

If you can email, or write out the sites/pages/ urls where you are finding the subscriber only articles and give the list to the doctor, they should be able to get access ... and it may help for any other patients they have now & in the future...

Have you found PubMed - you can use - Filters activated: Free full text
Home - PubMed - NCBI
Cognitive Impairment and Rehabilitation Strategies After Traumatic Brain Injury. - PubMed - NCBI
and related topics will show to the side..
