Exercise and TN
 

Does light exercise still bring on pain? I can't even just walk a mile without paying for it later. This is bad when your trying to loose wieght. I don't know what to do. I am so trying to be normal. It's gettiing hard. I get mad sometimes.:mad:

i cant excercise either without it causing pain it either happens during or after i excercise, lately even housework is a problem i am also trying to lose weight for my brothers wedding in november it is very hard when you cant exercise very much even walking is hard!

I'm so glad you replied because I can't imagine what my husband thinks. He has to walk with me. Some day's it's just a struggle. Others I can even finish with a light jog. i still pay for it at bed time either way.:eek:
