Jan 8 & 9 Check in

kinda late so i combined 2 days.

hope everyone is doing ok.

i stocked up on herbal and fruit teas. when it's cold this helps me get the water i need. i know plain water is best..but when i'm cold...brrr..i need a cup of something hot.

i'm doing good with the eating. night time tv time...NO SNACKS!!! :o i did make a bundt cake last night. can't say it was real low fat...but not a full fattening cake either. used a glaze...not a frosting. egg whites, but did use the oil not the applesauce i normally do.

i need more exercise. hmmmown a health club and need more exercise? there is a problem here. :(

Sorry guys, I've been in and out all day. I'm getting ready for my new job. It sounds like it'll be starting at the end of the week. I'll never know when the shipments will come in to inventory, so I won't know too much in advance when I'll be going to Minneapolis.

There will be a lot of overnights, so it would be nice if my Mac would be compatible in my hotel room, but I don't think so. :( They usually have airport cards for windows, not Macs..... Hey curious, you know anything about that??? I really wish you did......

Anyway, that's what I've been doing. Although, I did do my walk today! I worked up a sweat--that's my goal when I walk, so I'm happy. I was good with my eating too, so it was a good day. Evening is my snack time though, so I'm gonna hafta watch it..........
Hugs,
Jan

shoot jan..i'm not real up on mac. maybe somebody in the computer forum might know.

i hope you get real comfy hotels to stay in. :)

i did lots of housework. so i know i got exercise today. made a point of doing my squats and lunges. i have to keep my legs real strong. i have on of those huge swiss balls. i'm going to start on some ab stuff tomorrow. real slow. i'ts hard for me to do that. :o i tend to go like gang busters like i used to. ithinki'll have to get grandmonkey to hold the ball...so i don't roll off. :D

good job on the sweating jan. guess we had better keep an eye on each others night time snacking huh? :p

I will not rap my knuckles with a ruler.

Curious,

I will take any punishment except what the nuns used to dole out - making us rap our own knuckles with a ruler!
Can you believe that - it's true! Times have changed.

LS - I need to get caught up with you on your job. Sounds great - congrats! Also, I'm so happy you had a great day!

Hubby and I prepared our first Weight Watchers dinner. It was a stew of sorts, I guess. Good enough and filling. But Lord, help me through the evenings without ice cream!

I'm really tired, night all!

Good job Nancy!

I think that the sugar free jellos are pretty good! they can come in little containers.....
and they make no sugar added pudding packs.

i'm here. :D

i'm on a tea kick. since i normally drink a cup of coffee with cream...i figure this is saving me on fat grams. :p plus the green tea is healthier.

i did 30 minutes of walking/dancing silly with grandmonkey. haven't done the ab work on the ball yet. did some dusting.

happy healthy day to everyone. :D

oh...nancy..the fat free pudding is a great idea. you can freeze the pudding too.
