For those with wrist, small motor skill issues, I highly recommend Schlage electronic locks. I absolutely love not needing to use a key anymore, it ALWAYS set my wrist off using my old one. I paid full price $350 a few years ago. They have the same brand on closeout for $105. This version also has an alarm feature. There are a few other styles if you go through the clearance section.
