Bumpy ride

Question please , so I went for a bike ride and normally when I go over a bump I stand up a bit to avoid the jarring of my head. Well tonight I didn't see a big bump and it totally jarred my head. Will this hurt my head ? Will I have symptoms again? God I pray I don't !
I'm worried because 3-4 weeks ago I tapped.my head on the top like 3 times. Thought nothing of it, but then like a few days later i had a moment where I went to the store and when I came out I couldn't remember where I was at or what location. It came back to me that I was at walgreens then I had to figure out what location. All this happen ed on less than 5 min. So it came back fast. Still scared the crap out of me.
I'm so nervous on why that happened to me. I asked my neurologist if I need a scan and she says no. That we will keep an eye on it. Which is also making me nervous. My head injury was August 2015. I can't believe I'm still having such issues. Is this normal? Should I really push for another MRI?

No, you do not need another MRI.
Your neuro was just being gentle and supportive when she said "we will keep an eye on it."

The lapse at Walgreens means nothing. People who don't have PCS have similar situations. They just don't blame them on PCS.

The more you just move on with your life, the less these common events will cause you anxiety.

Why are you even bringing these non-events to your neuro ? You are wasting your money and her time.

It was my normal check up. So I'm wasting no time or money.
Thanks for the advise. I guess yes I still have terrible anxiety from the assault. Maybe that's why i worry. Also I know everyone's situation is different. So I'm never sure about my pcs.
